The Ideal 8000 system is a new generation of profiles, in which a big pressure was put on the reduction of heat and acoustic parameters.
It was possible owing to:
– increasing of the depth of the profile in the Ideal 8000 series to up to 85 mm
– increasing the number of chambers in bars
– three layers of sealing
In this system , owing to widening of the glass notch it is possible to apply energy-saving glass packages 59 mm wide, which enables to create windows with very low thermal transmittance.
A construction with the third sealing makes it possible to create the so-called “dry chamber” where the fittings work , increasing the vitality and sustainability of hardware mechanisms.
Thermal permeability coefficient of profiles Uf=1,0 W/m2K places it among the solutions of primary importance for investors interested in energy- efficient architecture.
The possibility of using energy-saving glass packages of the width up to 59 mm allows to create windows with very low thermal transmittance.
For example, a reference window with dimensions of 1230 x 1480 mm with the glass package used with coefficient Ug=0,5 W/m2K W/m2K obtains the thermal insulation co-efficient of Uw=0,76 W/m2K.
Advantages of the Ideal 8000 profiles:
- depth 85 mm
- 6-chamber profile
- possibility of using glass packages of the width of up to 59 mm
- thermal insulation co-efficient Uf = 1,0 W/m²K
- system with internal sealing equipped with three layers of sealing
- several versions of sash: non-surface staggered and semi- surface staggered of the original design
- increased stability of windows owing to the stiffening influence of glass
- huge surface of gluing between the glass and the profile
- improvement by 20% of the thermal insulation in comparison with traditional solutions
- increased protection against burglary – it is impossible to push the glass out from the sash due to the continuous adhesive joint
- diminishing of numbers of occurrences of glass cracking as a result of poor glazing
- better sound insulation owing to the direct connection of the sash with the glas
