Window sills made of sheet aluminium are a new generation of products, designed to replace tin external window sills.
They are a little bit more expensive, but they are stainless and much more rigid.
Pressed from a sheet 1,2mm- 1,5mm thick and covered with hard laquers, resistant to weather conditions.
