We offer aluminum windows of the Aliplast Imperial system and of the Aliplast Econoline system, as well as NEW option in the aluminum systems: STAR aluminum windows.
Variety of window panes, from transparent or coloured to quenched, anti-burglary, bullet-proof. Hardware by the German company ROTO.

Star - aluminum with increased thermal insulation - NEW !!!

  • the system includes windows and doors.
  • 3-chamber construction of the profile.
  • thermal insulation coefficient: Uf in the range from 0,6-1,23 W/m2K.
  • constructional depth of profiles amounts to 90mm for the frame and 99mm for the sash
  • possible thicknesses of glass fillings: from 17mm even to 82mm
  • New in the system: the standard of overlapping of the profile and a glass pane (increased depth significantly improves thermal and constructional characteristics of the system).
  • innovative system of draining the construction – no visible parts blinging the drainage openings.

Imperial-aluminum - "warm"

  • thermally-insulated profiles the so called “warm” profiles
  • thermal break 24 mm wide, made of polyamid reinforced with glass fibre, which considerably increases its resistance
  • 3-chamber profiles
  • classified in the 2.1 material group in thermal respect
  • window frame 65mm thick
  • sash 74mm thick

Superial

System o powiększonej izolacyjności termicznej. Dzięki trójkomorowym przekładkom termicznym, komorowej uszczelce centralnej i specjalnych uszczelkach szklących system osiąga współczynnik UR < 2.0 W/m2K (grupa materiałowa 1.0 wg normy DIN 4108). Głębokość ościeżnic okiennych i profili do zabudów stałych to 75 mm. Głębokość skrzydeł okiennych 84 mm. System Superial bazuje na akcesoriach (narożniki, łączniki typu T) oraz listwach szklących i okuciach z innych systemów izolowanych termicznie. System osiąga bardzo dobre właściwości akustyczne. Możliwość stosowania wypełnień o grubościach 14-61 mm.

  • okna rozwierno-uchylne, rozwierne, uchylne, uchylno-przesuwne
  • drzwi otwierane do wewnątrz, oparte na zmodyfikowanym skrzydle okiennym

Econoline-aluminum - "cold"

  • profiles without thermal insulation, the so called “cold” profiles
  • thickness of the profile: window frame 51 mm, sash 60 mm
  • profiles for indoor use
  • the system allows the use of windowpane sets of thickness from 3mm to 38mm


APPLICATION:
Windows:
Internal windows where the thermal break is not required.
Possibility of tilt-turn, slide windows (automat).
Permanent cases for glazing with the use of a single panes of glass and with the windowpane sets.

Doors:
One- or two-sash faced doors opening outwards or inwards and non-faced doors opening only inwards.
Rounded glazing slats used when the tight closing is not required.

Ultraglide-system przesuwny

System przesuwny o podwyższonej izolacyjności termicznej. Szerokość ościeżnicy: 64 mm, skrzydła: 100 mm. Głębokość ościeżnicy: 153 mm, głębokość skrzydła: 67 mm. Możliwe grubości wypełnień 6-53 mm. Dzięki swoim parametrom system Ultraglide pozwala na projektowanie konstrukcji o bardzo dużych gabarytach skrzydeł jezdnych. System dwutorowy. Zastosowane okucia: Sobinco.
